Fairshake, a leading cryptocurrency industry political action committee, has notched another electoral victory in the 2025 midterm cycle. Republican Barry Moore captured Alabama's Senate nomination after a runoff election fueled by record-breaking crypto sector spending.

The group and affiliated committees deployed over $12 million in support of Moore's candidacy—marking one of the largest Congressional race investments by digital asset advocates to date. Moore ultimately secured 56% of the vote against former Navy SEAL Jared Hudson.

This Alabama win follows mixed results for crypto-backed candidates elsewhere, including losses in Illinois offset by gains in Oklahoma. Fairshake spokesperson Geoff Vetter framed the victory as expanding the pro-innovation coalition in Congress.
